Shipping policy

We deliver all across South Africa, as well as to most international locations.

Please note that we can’t deliver to a Postal Box and thus a physical address is necessary for shipping within South Africa. Please provide detailed and correct contact information, Speel Cape Town will not be held responsible for extra costs should a product be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.

Shipping across South Africa is R200, however if you live in a particularly remote area there may be a surcharge.

Our studio is at The Woodstock Foundry, 160 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town so if you’re based in the area please feel free to select ‘collection’ as your shipping option. We’ll let you know once your order has been completed and ready for you to collect.

We do offer international shipping at a flat fee of R1000. You may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country, so be sure to investigate before placing an order, as we can’t be held liable for any extra charges. Please note: The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by the country of destination.
