Refund policy

Purchases made from speelcapetown.co.za

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please email speelcapetown@gmail.com and quote your online order number in your refund request. Please note the return courier will be for your account.

Purchases made from a speel stockist

If you purchased your item from a third party stockist and not from us directly, you will need to contact the stockist where your purchase was made directly for any refund queries. Please note that third party stockists may have a different refund policy to our refund policy. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
